I Ain’t Gonna Paint No More by Karen Beaumont

Ever seen a young child paint? After a few moments, the paint always ends up on themselves and everywhere else. Karen Beaumont perfectly captures the joy of a child painting themselves in I Ain’t Gonna Paint No More!

I Ain’t Gonna Paint No More! is 32-pages of silly drawings and rhymes

We love the way Beaumont uses colors to express the frustration of the mother and the curiosity of a child.  Her use of colors brings focus, life, and movement to the words and the illustrations.

We highly recommend this book to children 2 through 9.  We give this book 5 out of 5 stars.

I Ain’t Gonna Paint No More! was published by HarCourt, Inc and is 32 pages long.
